We are pleased to provide you access to Altidar (“Altidar”) by SK Research and Due Diligence, LLC (“SKRADD”). Your access to Altidar is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Access credentials are not to be used by or shared with anyone other than the direct recipient of those credentials. If the recipient desires to obtain access for others within their organization, they should contact SKRADD to request such access.

  • All content and pages within Altidar are the property of SKRADD and/or its affiliates. Altidar is protected by federal and international copyright and trademark laws. No portion of the content or materials on Altidar may be reprinted, republished, modified, or distributed in any form without the express written permission of SKRADD. Altidar is for your own personal use or the internal use of your business. Nothing in these Terms or otherwise in connection with Altidar gives you a right to use the SKRADD name or any of the trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of SKRADD or its affiliates. All right, title, and interest in and to Altidar are and will remain the exclusive property of SKRADD and/or its affiliates. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Altidar is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

  • The information contained in Altidar has been assembled using publicly available information.  While SKRADD believes it to be reliable, there is no guarantee that all of the information contained in Altidar is or will be accurate.  Market conditions can change quickly, and the information contained in Altidar and drawn from public filings may become outdated or inaccurate.  SKRADD does not undertake to update or correct information contained in Altidar.

  • SKRADD is under common ownership and control with Snyder Kearney, LLC, a law firm that conducts due diligence reviews of alternative investment programs, including programs covered by Altidar.  Snyder Kearney’s fees for due diligence reviews may be reimbursed directly by the subject investment program or its affiliates, on behalf of a Snyder Kearney client or clients.
